We hold stock of the majority of our products. Orders are despatched weekdays and any orders placed over the weekend (or on a Bank Holiday) will be processed on the next available working day.
If you choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address to the billing address, fill in the delivery address box with these details when placing your order. We will email the invoice to you and send an un-priced dispatch note with the order. Please make sure that there will be someone present at delivery address to sign for the delivery. All orders require signature on delivery.
We are unable to deliver to Post Office or Other Boxes as our carrier requires signature on delivery. The goods will not be delivered unless they are signed for.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You will need to use the link provided by DPD to follow the parcel on the day of delivery.
If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt, they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after a period, the package will be returned to us.
We can ship internationally.
Customers placing orders for delivery outside the EU, VAT will automatically be removed from the invoice at the checkout stage.
Time frame for delivery will vary depending on where the goods are to be dispatched to. Please allow between 7-10 working days.
Please note: Local or International customs / import duty may apply to your delivery. Any charges would be payable to the carrier company / local government by the customer upon receipt of goods.
