Shipment Policy


Alternative Delivery Address

Choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address (not the billing address). Simply fill in the delivery address box with these details when placing your order. We will then email the invoice to you and send an un-priced despatch note with the order. Please make sure that the delivery address is attended and our carrier can obtain a signed receipt for the goods.


Delivery Status

You can view the status of an order simply by logging into your account.


Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.


Other Address Problems

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after a period the package will be returned to us.
