Can I order on the phone?

All orders must be placed online at www.doorhardware.co.uk. We are unable to accept orders over the phone.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can amend or cancel your order before your payment has been confirmed
and accepted on the Payment Gateway. Once your payment has been confirmed it is not possible to
make any further changes or to cancel via the website. Please email us at info@doorhardware.co.uk
with the Order Number and we will advise accordingly.

If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, you will need to return the items
following our Returns procedure.

Can I check stock availability?

You can search for in stock items by using the “In Stock Only” filter. This is located top right of the product range landing pages. It is also visible halfway down on specific product pages.

 If the item you want to order is out of stock, please use the “Email me when this product is available” link or alternatively email us at info@doorhardware.co.uk and we will be happy to clarify when the item is due back in stock.

What happens once I place my order?

Once an order is placed and the payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order details. The complete order will be prepared for dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from order confirmation.

What do I do if I receive missing, incomplete or damaged orders?

If your order is incomplete or damaged, please email us at info@doorhardware.co.uk and we endeavour to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
